Inspired by their Bands, Brew & BBQ and Viva la Musica events, they’ve rolled the best elements all together to create this new, enticing festival. The Seven Seas Food Festival takes place every Saturday through May 13. In addition, featured flavors from the festival will be served daily through April 16. The festival is included with daily admission to the park. This includes both the food festival market and the afternoon concerts. Individual tastings are available to purchase separately and there are also sampling packages of 10 or 15 items available for purchase online or at the park.

The Seven Seas Food Festival markets are located throughout the park. Visitors can taste their way around the world, visiting the numerous markets that feature Asian, Brazilian, Caribbean, Floridian, Korean, Mediterranean, Mexican, North Atlantic, Gulf Coast, Pacific Coast, and Polynesian food, along with special limited-time menus. From savory to sweet, alcoholic to non-alcoholic, carnivore or vegetarian, the flavors of the world are ready to be sampled.

The markets start at 11 a.m. and run until about an hour before the park closes. In the afternoons, visitors should stop by Bayside Stadium to take in the concert. The music includes rock, country and Latin, with headline acts such as the Village People, Commodores, Oscar D’Leon, Olga Tañón, and Grupo Mania. Special front row and reserved seating is available for purchase, otherwise seating is available on a first-come first-serve basis. The grassy berm along the side of the venue also provides sitting and standing room.

The Seven Seas Food Festival is a great way to sample a variety of dishes from around the world.
