Night of a Million Lights

If you’re planning on visiting Central Florida between November and the start of January, don’t miss out on the Night of a Million Lights. If you’re already planning on staying at FantasyWorld, one of the leading Kissimmee resorts, you’ll be in the perfect location to visit Give the Kids the World Village, where this amazing event takes place, as it is also in Kissimmee. This is a chance to help out a wonderful charity while also enjoying a visually amazing light show and much more.

From Friday, November 12, to Sunday, January 2, the charming Give Kids the World village will become a fairytale winter wonderland, dazzling with a million lights. Visitors will be surrounded by beautiful, whimsical, and amazing lights that transform the entire neighborhood. Among the offerings are a 360-degree dancing lights show, a sparkling tree trail, larger-than-life displays, and unique step-in frames and backdrops for fantastic photos. On top of all of that, there’s a holiday marketplace, visits by Santa, and even a guided storytelling tour of 100 fantastically lit villas that can be enjoyed from the comfort of a tram. The tour is included in the price of admission. However, there are also VIP experiences that include behind-the-scenes tours, private balcony moments, and even dessert parties!

Begun in 1986, Give Kids The World Village is an 89-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides critically ill children and their families with weeklong wish vacations at no cost. Each family receives transportation, accommodations in one of the Village’s 166 storybook residential villas, all meals and snacks, nightly entertainment, donated theme park tickets, daily gifts, and interactive experiences at the Village, which includes accessible rides and attractions. Since its founding, the Village has hosted more than 176,000 families from all 50 states and 76 countries. They have also been rated four stars by Charity Navigator for 15 years in a row. The purchase of tickets to Night of a Million Lights will enable them to continue offering these special trips.

Night of a Million Lights will run from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, with staggered entry times of 5-7 p.m., 6-8 p.m. or 8-10 p.m. to prevent crowding. Guests will be required to follow all safety protocols and posted instructions established by Give Kids The World Village. Tickets are popular, so buy them before they sell out!

FantasyWorld is one of the Kissimmee resorts that offers its own fun and entertaining stay, but there’s always more to enjoy, so after you make your reservations, be sure to purchase your tickets for Night of a Million Stars. Any time of year is a good time to help such a great charity and now you can help out while also adding another magical moment to your vacation.
