Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Returns!

After a two-year break, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party (MNSSHP) is back and even more fun and still not too scary! This special event runs through October 31st, naturally, on specific dates, so be sure you get your tickets and book your vacation villa at FantasyWorld, one of the leading Kissimmee FL resorts. FantasyWorld Resort will be hosting its own Halloween fun closer to the big day, to go along with all of our year-round entertainment and amenities, ranging from a water park to a giant arcade with the latest games and even some virtual reality experiences! There’s plenty for all ages to enjoy.

Of course, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is pretty fun for all ages, too. Be aware that this is a special event and you’ll need a separate ticket for it, even if you have a ticket for the day. However, you do not require a day theme park ticket or a theme park reservation if you only want to attend MNSSHP. The park closes to regular guests at 6 pm and the party officially starts at 7 pm and runs through midnight. However, party attendees with tickets in hand are admitted to the Magic Kingdom at 4 pm so you have a chance to enjoy some of your favorite rides and attractions before the party begins.

Now it’s time for the fun and only mildly scary stuff! First off, there are Trick or Treat Trails where you can receive a bag to collect all sorts of candy as you walk through these particularly sweet spots that are offering all kinds of delicious delights.

For the younger crowd, there’s the Disney Junior Jam at Storybook Circus where kids can join favorites from Disney Junior shows for a fun dance party!

There are also a couple of spectaculars that are sure to appeal to all ages. The Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular has the three witchy sisters doing their best to bewitch and put a spell on everyone. The Spelltacular show takes place at certain times throughout the evening, during which the sisters are joined by other villains and ne’er-do-wells like Dr. Facilier, Oogie Boogie and Maleficent. The show features other great Disney villains, too, along with amazing dancers, wickedly wild visual projections and otherworldly special effects to make the show a delightfully naughty treat.

There’s also Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Spectacular, which is a jaw-dropping fireworks display hosted by Jack Skellington from The Nightmare Before Christmas and includes other Disney characters.

Finally, there’s the Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade full of Disney characters and floats inspired by Haunted Mansion and other Halloween scenes.

Tickets for the 2022 Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party can be purchased online. Ticket prices range from $109 to $199 depending on the ages of guests if purchased directly from Walt Disney World. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can also save $10 per ticket on select nights through early October 2022. The dates for MNSSHP are:

• September 2022: 2, 5, 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27, 29, 30
• October 2022: 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20, 21, 23, 25, 27, 28, 30, 31
