What Should You Pack For Holiday?
Packing for a trip can be exciting. But it can also be hard. What should you bring? How should you dress? Do I need this? Will I need that? These are all question’s you’ll probably ask yourself when deciding on what to pack for holiday.
It can be a little chilly this time of year in Central Florida. Temperatures usually range from the high-40’s to the mid-70’s in December. We suggest dressing in layers to help you stay cozy and comfortable during your stay, especially if you plan on spending most of your days at the nearby parks. You should pack a mixture of spring and winter clothes. T-shirts, long sleeves, cardigans, long hoodies, light sweaters, and lightweight jackets are all excellent choices. Shorts may not be needed, so you’ll probably want to wear long pants such as cargo pants, sweatpants, leggings, or jeans during your stay. You’ll be walking a lot too so comfortable tennis shoes and or closed-toe shoes are suitable to pack. It may not be summertime, but you can still enjoy our pool and water parks, so bring your bathing suits to experience our heated pools, heated lazy river, heated water slides, and hot tubs.
This is the sunshine state, so stay sun safe by wearing hats, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
Our raining season is over, but pack a poncho, rain slicker, or umbrella for when it does happen to rain. Remember to pack your medications, toiletries, neck pillow, eye mask, headphones, chargers, and physical copies of important documents such as passport, driver’s license, itinerary, and reservations.
